If you google "diastasis rectus abdominis exercises" there are a few links with exercises to help. You want to strengthen the core muscles, the ones below the outside tummy muscles. When laying down, you kinda squeeze and almost push your back down. Not sure if that is a good explanation, maybe google instead. The exercises are quite subtle but can be quite effective.
I was able to see a physio through the hospital i gave birth in. They can assist in the 3 months post birth. I see you had a home birth (that will be me next time!) If you had any care through a public hospital, you may be able to access a women's physio through there.
