ZF: Way to go, ZF! You're going wonderfully. To me it doesn't sound like he's very supportive of your weightloss. Even if you had of only lost 100g he should still be all like "great job" (sorry, just my opinion. Sorry if It's completely off track. )
As for me:
I've lost about 1kg this week. So I'm down to 84kg so. I'm happy with that.
Hoping for a good week this week too.
Haven't done any measurements this week. Might skip that till next week and crossing my fingers there are so biggish losses here and there. Wooooo!
