Ok this is going to sound weird but allbran blocks me up.
Maybe I need to drink more water or something, but the two times I've tried it ended up in pain.
I can't do the shrugging emoticon dude on iPhone but you get the gist

    Hmmm, that is weird Pandora!

Well Day 1 of tracking is going pretty well so far! But, on the other hand i am kind of worried i might be pregnant and am trying very hard to

A few things are all starting to add up, and i am starting to freak out a bit. If i am not, then i am def off to the GP for some contraception ASAP

I am also really stressing about moving, i can't find anything that i really want to live in, and have done next to no packing! Actually, i should get up now and clear out our walk in wardrobe of things to give away... Anyone need anything at all? I am basically trying to give away everything that we own! LOL.

Are you giving away a chef or a massuse, appletree? I'll take them!!! LOL. Hope all is okay on all fronts Moving sucks. I remember moving right before Christmas a few years back. We moved from a two story townhouse into a one room bungalow that only fit our bed and one three seater couch. It was full-on. We gave away some stuff, but most went into storage into my mum's shed, but it was a nightmare deciding what we would need.

Snuck a sneaky look at the scales this morning and thank goodness, there has been no change. I haven't exercised all week. I feel a bit anxious walking alone at the moment, and feel really dumb about it. Where I live and when I like to walk, there's nobody around. And that weirdo that stabbed the police officer was last seen 15kms from here, so I'm feeling a bit exposed and feel stupid about it too. I'm going to take DD to the park just up from us today and see how I feel.

I too snuck a sneaky at the scales, and for the fist time in six months I saw double figures instead of triple! Let's hope I can get thru the silly season relatively unscathed

I am feeling a lot better today, DP and i have sorted a few things and are giving it another shot.

Am hoping to have a walk with Kate today then start trying out the Zumba DVD's as part of my new challenge.

    Well done everyone.

I've been plodding along and stayed the same this week. Am expecting the same this week coming too but have been getting on the x-trainer every day which has been good. Am also drinking loads of water and have ordered the Sweet Poison book from the library - I want to end my relationship with sugar and apparently that book tells you what you need to do! YAY!

I'm not going to make my target by christmas though, so don't know if this thread will continue after xmas? Will we have an easter goal or something?

Hey ginger, yeah we have a really good one at home - my boss GAVE me it. It's worth over $1000, is as good as the ones you get in any gym and is awesome! He bought it for his wife but apparently she was using it to dry clothes So he gave it to me when I was pregnant - I offered him cash for it but he just wanted it out of his house LOL

Ginger - I'm in Mernda, so the psycho guy was close when he was in Hurstbridge. The helicopters have seemed to have settled around here, so I guess the police are waiting for a new sighting.

MummaSue - I'm up for the challenge to continue too. Helps keep me on track and I think I'll be needing it after Christmas.

Appletree - Cheering you on for you 5kg target for Christmas! You go girl!!

AFM - Having disaster after disaster food wise, but knew it would get tough around Christmas. But I'm okay with that because both DH and I have a focus and we're going to get there. Had our family Christmas party today, had a wonderful day, and we finished up with yet more pizza. Never mind, back to it again tomorrow.

Awww ladies... the last 2 days have been HELL food wise, some very yummy but naughty foods so much so that yesterday i was actually , my body was so over the beating i gave it.
Wanted to walk today but the weather is CRAP so move over shopping centre dawdlers i'm coming through.

Weighed myself and i'm quite surprised to say the scales were the same... thats GREAT news for me though as the food the last 2 days SHOULD have put me up a lot.

I'm down to about 63.5kg. but I weighed myself the other day and I'd lost 400g, weighed today and I've put on 600g..I think it's time to get some decent scales, because I just don't trust Wii Fit!
Have been a bit slack with food, doesn't help when DF brings home mcdonald's for lunch yesterday (although it was one of their new chicken burgers so a bit healthier than a cheeseburger or something!) and icecream
Hopefully things will settle down after Christmas, have been on a bit of an emotional rollercoaster lately so that's probably not helping with what I've been eating!

SS_Storm - I was the same with my wii fit. House scales say I've lost 2.5kg, wii fit says I've gained 600g. I KNOW I've lost weight, can feel it, DH and mum have commented and the measuring tape doesn't lie, so since that, I've stayed away from the wii.

Chickened out on the weigh in this morning. I feel bloated and yuck. Waaaayy to much bad food for me. Today it's back to fruit, yoghurt and good dinners again and hoping to slam the scales next week. Well done to everyone for all their efforts. I know it's getting harder for me, given the time of year. I think you're all fantastic and this is really helping. The other night when we had the late night pizza, I was like "Oh, if I do, then I'm going to have to tell the BB girls..."
