Krys, I would just like to say thankyou so much for doing all of the math for us every week. You're doing a great job with it all despite having your own family and life to deal with. So thanks for the effort you're putting into us!! I appreciate it

Amen to that Krys. I actually feel accountable to you specifically each week. lol just what I needed

Well there is just too much cake here. I have eaten way too much. I have exercised today but it still doesn't counteract it. I actually feel like crap today too and that's exactly why. Sterla you were right in the other thread about eating well breeds eating well....back on it tomorrow I guess. ooh BTW Sterla congratulations on the 10kg!!

Zarava and Erybery welcome girls. Jump right in

Natty, I thought you were gorgeous when I met you in Feb!

    Leckert hang in there babe.

Alison 300gm is better than 3kg - and gives you more incentive

    Awesome work everyone!!

I lost 200grams this week but have not been able to measure so haven't sent anything to you krysalyss.

This week is going to be interesting since there'll be lots of cake! DS's birthday tomorrow so I've made him a cake for him to have after dinner tomorrow night. Then we'll have more cake at Playgroup on Thursday to celebrate his bday and then the grand finale cake on Saturday when all the family is coming over for afternoon tea. Hopefully, I'll be so busy I won't have time to eat crap!

Thanks ~ Kim ~, just joining in this week so HOPEFULLY i can keep motivated and loose some KG's.
Doing a bit of a food shop today so will be looking at making a few changes in the house.

When it comes to cooking do you use oil or oil spray etc, we have a non stick pan thats not so NON-STICK so need to use something but want to cut out some of the fats in the meat we eat.

I have a steamer so might need to bring that old baby out too, steamed carrots etc... mmmm

    GL everyone.

    Well done ladies!
Just a question about measuring the waist. I read that you take the measurement across your belly button but I get such inconsistent readings. I also figure if I do it this way, any kind of bloating is going to be recorded so will fluctuate whereas if I measure where my hand go on my hips it much smaller (like nearly 10cm for me)...where do you measure?

Tinsel, I take my waist measurement as the smallest part of my torso, hips the widest part and my breast measurement around my nipples. HTH

I measure across my belly button as that is where the government guidelines for a healthy waistline measure. But for the purposes of measuring your loss it doesn't really matter as long as you are consistent.

Well I had a great day today. Was very good and didn't indulge which I really needed to do after my weekend (which spilled over the Monday!) and did a 5km jog in a personal best time - 26 mins. So I am very happy today - woo hoo!

Hope you are all going great

Wooo just found this thread and I have time to reply because I am home sick.

Just want to say Thanks Krys I think you are doing a great job - keeping yourself motivated plus going to extra mile to tally for the rest of us - that is committment.

DH and I fell off the wagon with the exercise. He is on two week shift rotation and last week they were 6:30 shifts, too late for walking when he gets home as DS is ready for bed. I however did jump on the cross trainer on Saturday for 15 minutes and it made me feel great. Too bad i came down with cold/flu on sunday and have felt knocked about ever since. I think i have bronchitis but i am dying to get back on the cross trainer. That said not enough energy to walk upstairs let along work out!

AAARGHGH. Congrats to everyone for sticking to the game its a really good effort. I hope to be kicking butt again in a few days.
