Ali & Pam.......your CM's lost are incredible and would suggest that your metabolisms are altering in a very positive way.....

    WELL DONE to everyone!

For me, my weight loss has sloooowwed down big time.

BUT, I have not NOT SMOKED AT ALL for over a month. (I have been a pack a day girl for over 25 years. This is a huge deal for me..........)

SO, whilst I may not be transforming my body shape wise currently, I know from just the few runs I have done that my lungs are truly transforming back to health! LOL!

    Have a great week everyone............xx

Wow, there are some fantastic results! Ali, 29cm is amazing, well done. Lucy, well done going with out the ciggies, that must be hard going while trying to lose weight.

I'm so happy that this is week 5 and despite some hiccups I'm still going. Exercise has not been happening much as DD2 is teething and I'm not getting any sleep. All my energy is being used just to stand up. Hopefully will settle soon and I'll be back into it.

Yes just bust waist and hips for me, although I wish I was measuring other areas cause I can see changes mainly in my legs and my butt looks like it is firming, yay!!! I am feeling it in my clothes and can see it when I look in the mirror.Pity my arms don't seem to be changing though
I wonder how long it is going to last!!!! I keep waiting for it to go pear shaped..

This week is so hot in Vic and I just can't get out to excerise without killing myself so could be a slower week.

Lucy that's great news re:smoking definately part of the body transformation challenge. Sorry your weight loss has slowed, but it will all kick back into gear when you get over the smoking, I'm sure.

re: the diet mousse that I like so much, I did'nt buy it because it had the preservatives that Lucy was talking about. WHY DO THEY PUT THIS STUFF IN OUR FOOD? You just don't know what is safe to eat and use these days.....I have had 2 relatives die of cancer in a short span of time, it makes you wonder sometimes.

Hoody great your sis is doing okay, every week that she gets in now is going to make a big difference, does she have to stay in hospital? Sorry to hear things are'nt good at home, hope they get better soon.

Captain, it makes you wonder how you survive those first weeks months does'nt it. Good luck on getting through it always another day or wek to get the excerise in.

Anyway have a good week girls

I am feeling so good. Losing 20.5cm off everything but in total 38.5cm on weight watchers (that includes neck, upper arm, bust, waist, abdo, hips, thigh and calf). I haven't done tonnes of exercise so far this week and today I had a piece of crumbed snapper for 5.5points but half serve chips 3.5points. However, had a super light dinner so was in my points total for the day we went to a surf club for lunch. It was lovely actually and I really didn't feel awful eating what I did! I love WW.

I am really proud of you Lucy for not smoking, that is terrific, well done to you

Keep up the good work everyone xx

Girls don't stress about the 500g gains - in the big scheme of things it's NOTHING!! It could just be the glass of water you had or the breakfast you ate. I wouldn't stress too much.

Everyone is doing SO SO well - even the people who have gained. I bet it's muscle - that's what I put my gain last week down to!

feeling good today! Went for an hours walk (seem to be doing that everyday now), but I must learn to go earlier in the morning, and wear cooler pants and not jeans (like I did today!)

I have a question - I walk every day (except for weekends), and every night I have restless legs. It's so annoying when you're trying to sleep. Has anyone else had this, and is ther something I can do to stop it?

My legs get like that sometimes too. The BEST remedy is two fish oil capsules in the morning and one at night. Works a treat!

Whoops I just ate an entire packet of natural confectionary company jelly babies I was craving them and they hit the spot....but the whole packet! aargh....oh well

I haven't done much exercise this week because my knee has been so sore since going for a run on Sunday. Did do pilates on Tues night which was great so might get on the Wii Fit later and do some Yoga.

Laranna, ok 2 lollies are 0.5points so how many in a bag? Everyone has a Wii Fit, except me!

Rhianon, well done on going for the walk! Yes not sure about your sore legs, I don't get sore legs at night but I do take 2 fish oil caps per day.

I went for a 90 min walk today with Missy Moo. It was good and then came home and did sit ups looking forward to my WW weigh in tomorrow.

Well now that the boys are back at school I'm walking to and from school and today I went for a 45min walk as well. I haven't been able to go for a walk for the last few days as it's been raining.

Lucy good on you for not smoking for the whole of Jan, well done.

    hugs xoxo
