Hi girls,
I have started Cohens twice. You definitely need to hang in there until you do the refeed - both times I lost weight then gained it back plus more. I have done Jenny Craig (and made myself very sick through the artificial sweeteners, which my body can't tolerate), Weight watchers (where I lost 2kg but dropped from a 14/16 to a size 8/10) and was accused of not following the plan (which I did - but I was also going to the gym and building muscle mass, so hence not a great amout of weight lost).

The food was quite limited on Cohens, and as the girls have mentioned you do weigh everything!! I would recommend that you change your eating patterns prior to paying the money to go on Cohens - stop sugars, decrease caffiene, eat more fruit and vegies, smaller portions of meat etc.

The other option you may want to consider, in the meanwhile is calorieking which has a free monitoring service of your diet. You log on, put in what you have eaten and drunk during the day, and it works out your calorie intake and how much exercise you have done during the day. It is a start and something positive you can do in the meanwhile before starting Cohens - plus it might help you before fork out the money for Cohens, to gradually change your eating habits.

Like the girls have said before - if you are going to do Cohens you want to stay on it all the way through to the end. I highly recommend that you don't stop or start like I did.
