Surely when you first did week one you had SOME trouble completing the running? Ah the ache and complaint in your butt and thighs...the sounds of progress

Go back in at week 1 and i'll bet you find you're finding it easier MUCH faster this time. And the weather is beginning to cool down now, right (we're just warming up here)? So no heatstroke risks which HAS to make a difference. My favourite running temp is about 14C with light drizzling rain (we call it smizzle). Ahhhh perfect.
