OK back again for a quick post before swimming and kinder!!!

I don't know anyone who has done the weight wraps - I would think a lot would be fluid so might come back? I am a bit skeptical of anything other than it takes hard work to lose weight and any quick fixes for me have the capacity to work initially but then end up causing gain again? Don't know enough about them though I guess!

3LM - Good luck when you go away babe, maybe just set a few realistic goals for when you go - like I will walk 3 days a week, drink 2lts of water a day, no carbs for one meal a day, etc.
Kid free too hun!! How exciting, sure you will have a great time!!

Sopdet - For me it's about being in a comfort zone with what I eat - it's just so much easier to do what I have been doing but I KNOW I have to change or else I will get more and more depressed about my weight. Lite n Easy looks really great - a friend of mine did it for 6 weeks and lost a lot of weight and then she went off it and stabilised! Worked well for her to lose the initial weight she needed to lose. She said the food was yum too and there are so many choices. I would do it if we didn't have squids! Sounds like your body shape is changing but you haven't noticed it? or it's happened slowly and hard to see for you. Yay for comments from others though that is great!!

Keike - How did you go with the Wii - sorry I can't read back any further than this page!! Hope you are going well xox

Astrid - Maybe change your weigh in time to the evening before you get into bed?? If you do it at the same time each night it will be consistent??

Sterla - for your loss hun - totally noticeable in your photos, especially in your face hun!!!

Kim - Your plan sounds good hun -gosh 9 weeks is motivated!! Took me til JJ was 2 to do anything about my post baby weight even though a lot dropped off with b'fing initially!

To everyone I might have missed !!

AFM - I am plodding along and exercising quite a bit other than the days I work, but I just am physically exhausted by the time I get home - I teach PE and performing arts over 3 days - get to school before 8 and don't usually get home til somewhere between 4:30-6 and then make dinner, spend time with kids, and fall exhausted on the couch by 8.

I am eating ok but not ok enough to lose any weight over the last 2 weeks which is really frustrating me. There is still easter stuff here but I am sick of chocolate (never thought I would hear the day!) My day looks a bit like this - any suggestions would be amaze balls!

Brekky - coffee first thing, then either a bowl of Just Right, or nothing (ok I know this has to change and might be part of my problem!) sometimes toast, or an Up & Go.
Morning tea - at home nothing, at school yoghurt and a piece of fruit - HUGE problem is Wicked Wednesday - dim sims, quiches, cakes etc. and I have NO self control.
Lunch - At home, usually an egg omelette with vegies, a bit of bacon and cheese.
Afternoon - This is when I really crave something and usually end up eating rice cakes (are they ok do you think??!!) but I should be having some nuts and fruit
Dinner - We eat fairly well, meat/fish and veggies a few nights a week, spag bol, meatballs, chicken soup etc.....
I dont' really eat dessert but lately it's been the problem of many mini eggs once kids to go bed. Last night I had some yoghurt instead.

If I track it all it's usually around my 1280 cals a day - sometimes a wee bit over. Maybe I really need to track religiously ever thing that goes in my mouth - including weekends like when we had Nandos and I conveniently forget about it and wonder why Im not losing.

Sorry for the novel - just needed to get some stuff out so if you skip read I understand

Have a great day all - am planning to eat well today and do my full 60 mins Extreme Shred today while kids rest.
