SAZZ _ Just try & eat one point less today to counteract the 'whoopsie' yesterday. The furry man is so beautiful. He is sleeping very well as well which is good & he is definitely more & more playful each day that he gets to know us more. I can't wait to be able to take him out for walks.

MR SQUIDIPA _ Thanks for the tips! I did think to myself, I don't want to stuff up my 3.2kg loss because I was nervous so I ate & then I would have felt even more nervous cos my tummy would have been overloaded. So I'm pretty happy with myself. I also find if i have a 'lull' in the afternoon's when I feel overly tired, just getting out for a quick walk around the lake energises me heaps, it's fantastic!

SNUGGLY _ Happy Birthday! Hope you're spoiled rotten!!!

EMMY _ I have been looking up the WW 'filling' foods & they do work! It's amazing, but they do. WTG!

Sorry guys, off to swimming lessons for us, first time leaving Banjo home alone, I hope he's ok!

Thanks girls! I'm having a great day but sooper dooper hungry for some reason! Started the day with marmalade on toast rather than my usual bran flakes and fruit, might be something to do with it.
All the cake at work was gone by 11am! Even with two birthdays today!

    Otherwise.... just another day!

BUT i was still under my points so ... covering my but today tho, have had nothing but fruit and soup Even popped into the shops to pick up some salsa! Am going to have sakata's with it tho hehe, only 1.5 points per serve!! Dinner tonight is a chicken stir fry with celery and shallots which is only 4.5 points, the rice is a couple more points but for dinner i thought that was pretty good

You guys are all doing so well. You should all be very proud.

I had my WW meeting today. I considered not going as I didnt want to face the scales after having a run in with every single bad food you can think of over the last week. I decided to go and have put on 300grams. Not as bad as I thought but I am certainly not going to pay money to put on weight!!!

I felt good that I was honest enough to own that weight loss and now am more determinded that ever to get rid of that an more this week. We have a very ritzy function next Friday night that celebrities will be attending and although I am no where near my ideal weight I would love to make a dent this week.

I have started my day well by having poached eggs on a piece of wholemeal/wholegrain bread then have just had salmon, tomatoe, avocad and some light cheese on a sandwich and am snacking on some strawberries.

Mr S- great tips about the emotional eating. thankyou, I will try to apply
Snuggly- Happy bday hun! Hope you are having a good day. I am finding my breakfast has a massive impact on how I feel later in the day. My most filling breakfasts are baked beans on toast or poached eggs on toast. I think the added protein makes a difference and the fibre as well.
Ginger- to the group! I weigh in at midday on thursdays at WW.
Amaki- That sounds like a great dinner. I am going to have the same but without the rice as I have already had 3 bits of bread today. I am sure with your good work today you will make up for yesterday.

Ive had no bread today thats where i have come undone previously, i LOVE bread! Im still munching away on fruit the Sakata's i bought from the corner shop were out of date and ewww lol

Ali, I think the key to losing weight is not beating up on yourself when you do happen to gain. Just so long as there's an overall downwards trend, then everything will turn out all right in the end. I like your honesty, and hope to be able to do the same should I ever experience a gain on my weightloss path.

Doing ok here. Usual special K breakfast and scrambled eggs with toast for lunch... have already entered in to CK what I'm going to eat for dinner and the damn thing is complaining at me about not consuming enough calories! I don't think I can possibly eat much more! I've just snacked on a special K chocolatey bar (caramel flavour) and I feel so naughty! But I needed to get both carbs and calories up otherwise people will think I'm starving myself! Only 89 calories per bar...

Don't know how I'm going to weigh in this weekend. Don't think I'll bother with visiting DH at work tomorrow and not sure if we'll find the scales in the garage or not... I feel good about how I've eaten overall. I've never blown out on carbs, and I've only had one day where I've exceeded my calories (and many where I've been way under) and only a little bit over on fats on a few days. There'd better be another loss!

    hi everyone

Emmy, how are you feeling lovely its so nice to see you committing to weight loss with everything that's going on... I know I found it a life saver to keep my focus on something positive You're welcome to seal my mind mapping lol... basically I started with "healthy body" as my main topic than you just write down stuff from there and figure out where your challenges are, whats working, what isn't, what's important etc... MY biggest things were mental health ie all the things which I am sabotaging myself with and why etc... and you all know I struggle to know 'which method is the best' and I end up starting and not finishing! ... I will still keep everyone posted with the outcome and my battle plan when I finish it over the next few days

Re the weight loss, I am happy to report that I have done the reversal eating properly since Monday and have lost 700grams YAY so with 3 more days to go I am looking forward to loosing even more and weigh in on Monday

gotta run I'm late for work

Cherished thanks for thinking of me. I am trying to look at the bigger picture which can be hard sometimes.
Going to be so busy today cleaning and stuff so at least it will get my mind of my stomach and get me off this computer. If I could throw it away I am sure my weight would just fall off. I spend way too much time on it.
Not much to report. Another day of WW. Pigged out at dinner time like usual and hoping it hasn't made me gain weight then I ate two cream biscuits. Luckily there is only one left so the worst I can do with the cookie jar is eat the last one. DH commented on how well my diet was going when I was eating ice cream at 3pm till I had to shove it in his face it was a WW one.

Em if makes you feel like crap when dh's make us accountable doesn't it! my dh is always really lovely about it and speaks so nicely as a gentle reminder when I fall off the wagon but I still get annoyed about it... If he was nasty (like it sounds like your dh was being) I would just go off the wall at him lol... Or take delight in rubbing it in that it's 'weight waters' icecream have fun cleaning!

ohhh I forgot to mention my yummo smoothie this morning! I added chocolate powder to my banana smoothie and it was so chocolaty, creamy and thick YUMMMO... Can I just say again how happy I am that the scales are slidng back the other way again!

Ammaki - it could be some fluid retention from the salt on the chips last night.

Ali - good on you for getting back on the wagon. Sometimes you need a gain to kick you out of complacency - and it was only 300g so not a big one.

Em - DP put my WW icecream in the fridge as he thought it was mousse so he ruined them. I went off at him! He won't be making that mistake again and he now knows EXACTLY what a WW icecream looks like so he can't make any comments

AFM - I have been doing pretty well this week but the creche is shut at the gym next week so I won't be able to go - or I will have to go in the evenings which I hate

Ammaki- see how you go in a few days if its fluid retention. How often do you weigh yourself? We have scales at home but I dont get on them as your weight can fluctuate throughout the week. Hope you are having a good day
Nai- Bummer about the creche. DO you do spin classes at the gym? When I was at my peak fitness and body condition I was doing spin classes 5 times a week and loving it. The best ever workout! I cant go to the gym anymore as I dont trust myself with a membership. I have wasted so much money over the years on not attending.
Mr S- I just want to say again how well you are doing. It must be such good motivation seeing the kilos fall off you to keep on going.
Emmy- My DP is full of negativity sometimes. He seems to think if I work my arse off doing 10Km a day on the treadmill and watch my diet than I should be able to shed weight so easily. It all sounds easy to him but I just cant do that. Annoys the crap out of me that he absolutely struggles to keep on weight. I love the WW icecream, the vanila bean and the rich choc are my favs.
Cherished- thats great the reversal eatign is working. Keep it up hun!

AFM- have been tracking the last 2 days and exercising again on the treadmill. I woke up this mornign though and just walking to the bathroom was killing my feet. ouch! I am so craving something bad right now though!

I wanted to run today but there were workmen in my street LOL. I had a kick boxing workout I'd taped off foxtel so thought I'd try that. Crazy stuff!! I was red, panting and sweatting by the end of it lol. Definitey saving that one!

    hi girls

looks like i might have to get some of these ww ice creams. they sound yummy!

i haven't had too bad a day- pigged out before on ricve crackers and tzaiki dip- which isn't great, but better than what i would've pigged out on last week iykwim?
i'm looking forward to weighing in on sunday. even though i've been eating a lot, i still think i will have lost something. i'm aiming for about 0.5kg a week. what about you guys?

Hey Mr Squid... That is kinda the theory behind reversal eating... Breakfast is the biggest meal than a big lunch and only a small dinner (300cals) 4 hours before bed, which is working for me... so far

Alibaby hope you're wearing good shoes on the treadmill... It make a huge difference, I'm so in love with my runners I find it so hard to walk around all day with pretty fashion sandles/thongs on iykwim! I have just bought some thongs from the athletes foot with support in them so that I can get out of my runners this summer

Amy, hearing your chip story makes me happy that I didn't eat the salt and vinegar chips that were in the fridge last night... I guess I can be proud that they are my fav and I still didn't eat them.... mind you I thought that they would still be there at lunch time today and I was gonna have some but dh had eaten them all!

AFM another good day eating here, all good food, no junk and I 'might' even walk on the treadmill....... looking forward to getting in the scales tomorrow!
