    Hi everyone

Well done to everyone who has lost weight.
Mr S - 3.8 kg is a fantastic amount! I like visualising a kilo bag of potatoes - you've lost almost 4 bags of them in a week!!

Ginger - I'm 166cm and I'm aiming to get to 65 kilos at first, and then see how i go.

I've only lost 500g since Thursday, but i have lost 2cm off my chest, waist and hips.
So far I'm going ok with the dieting part, but am not getting much excersise in. The kids are on school holidays so not getting to go for my hour walk after school drop off.

Hope everyone's days for the rest of the week are so exciting that we forget about eating naughty food

Hello! I've been MIA - I totally lost all of my motivation over the weekend. I am so sick of eating healthy, so sick of standing on scales... so I took some time off lol. Looking back, I have been pretty good really, but I did have some biscuits and some chocolate. I just weighed myself then - after breakfast and I've lost since Friday. HUH? Ohhhh af. Darn water weight! So I'm going to do my kickboxing work out again today.

I'm 170cm. I'm aiming for about 65-67 kg but anything under 70 I'll be happy with.

Sounds like we're all still going well! I did have to comment on Danni - WTG on your motivation! And welcome Jaz

Krys - Goodie - I thought everyone was dong Mondays so great! (I actually really like Tuesdays because if I'm gong to be a bit naughty I do it on Sundays and I like Mondays to be extra good to make up for it before weighing in

AFM - Weight this morning is 64.3 so 800g down and only 1kg to go till goal weight

He He, like on the biggest loser when they present them with their weight lost in their favourite food in a mountain in front of them. My Dad got a big tray with 12kg of books in it recently and presented it to my mum as a 'present' mum was like ???? He said, pick it up - she's like it's too heavy how is there a present underneath a tray of books and he said well that's how much weight you've lost!

timeformyself we all lose motivation form time to time this is when we need to go and look at that outfit or think about what you are going to look and feel like when you reach your goal then you will get your motivation back again.

i measured myself today and i have lost 11cm from my waist since i started which was a month ago quite a pleasant shock

JaZaHMum - i love the visual of the bag of potatoes too!

Well in typical fashion I weighed today (NOT weigh-in day) and of course I'm now .5kg down lol... why is it NEVER on weigh-in day!?!?!?! oh well at least i'm going in the right direction!

Ok i'm gonna set some goals.
    • Under 60kg I'll get a massage
    • Under 58kg I'll buy a new pair of shoes

Oh and it's my b'day in a few weeks, thinking I'll ask DH for dance revolution thingo for Wii Fit!

at 11cm Mr S. That's fantastic!!!!! I really like the tv ad that's on at the moment which talks about waist size and health. It's a real motivator. Imagine the health benefits you have now from that reduction!

OOOO so jealous of the wii game. I just reaaaally want my wii and fit off layby to start with!! I'm so tempted to just put the rest of it on visa and take it home.

Belfie, how annoying that your loss was AFTER weigh in! Typical hey? I'm not looking forward to mine tonight as I had quiche and choc bisc at lunch today Oh well, I will find out in an hours time.

A little boo hoo and a little woo hoo from me: Sat night the stupid ignorant lady at the chinese restaurant ASKED me if I was expecting No. 2. ( I know her and this is just the sort of thoughtless thing she says all the time). I wanted to cry and I swear I will NEVER wear that top again!!!!!!! But today someone asked how much I had lost and said how good I am looking so that made me feel a little bit better.

thanks Mr S! Was just asking my DH what he's set.... he's thinking about it.

I'm thinking of cancelling my WW online sub and doing CK instead. Am just gonna try both for a few days before I commit either way. Wanna save the money from WW online tho... could spend more on my rewards then!

I just salvaged an old pair of "small" jeans. Hips and butt fits beautifully (and looks hot hot HOT if I may say so myself ). The button does up after a lengthy wrestle. Just. But, oh, the mighty cake-top over the top was just insane! Suddenly my motivation has just gone up a bit... my shape has changed so much!!!

Saz - aaww hun that's foul about the chinese restaurant lady, but great that other people have eyes in their head and can see you've lost!!!

Oh and I did a 30 min cycle earlier yay. oh and CK says my healthy range is between 47 and 62 kg. Geesh I couldn't imagine being 47!

EDIT: when doing CK profile it gives warning re BFing or PG need medical supervision, but has still given me an adjusted calorie intake for BFing and lets me proceed with lots of warnings. Interesting.

Just checking in today... I need some butt-kicking or something. I feel like I've lost all motivation and just crave junk... Having a bad arthritis flare today as well. Hopefully now that the front has passed, things will be more settled tomorrow. Despite being in agony at the moment, I'm still really determined to get off the prednisone. That's about the only thing I'm determined to do, though!

I guess I need someone to notice that I've lost weight, or a favourite old pair of jeans to suddenly fit again... and neither are going to happen as the moon-face and pred-gut will be the last things to go, and they are what people notice first when they see me. Would help a heap if DH would join me and be a bit encouraging and supportive, but he's being a bit of a useless lump at the moment.

    *sigh*

On a positive note - my two days of throwing caution to the wind and eating what I want haven't resulted in a carb or calorie blow out - so habits must be settling in to place at least!

Just quickly.... i'm a bit embarrassed to say I GAINED 400g this week.

I was expecting to maybe gain a little I s'pose as I've been a bit naughty in the snack department.

I did play 2 huge games of squash after my weigh though so I bet I've almost made up for it already!

Ok that's just hte motivation I needed to get my but back into gear and get serious again.

13weeks till christmas and I want to be at least a size smaller by then!

JaZa & Sas, I also think about how much a kg weight, when I do weights I think that even 1 kg is heavy enough to feel the difference! On Monday I was carrying a big bag of mulch and wondered how much it weight because it was heavy... sometimes I even go into the gym and pick up 10kg and it's a strain and I think that I need to loose that much and more

Belfie you hot mumma bet you loot amazing in your jeans <insert wolf whistle here>

Saz no need for emabarasement, I got on th scales today and I have put my whole 800gram loss back on in 2 days!!!! I haven't been reversal eating because we have family visitng from Vic and we've been out for dinner each night and having a pretty decent lunch too I am pretty dissappointed but hopefully will get it all back off again by next Monday!

Mr Squidipa 11cm whoohooo, well done

And Krys you are so inspiring honey, you are well and truely in the 60's now
