I posted way back that my scales were out. I just bought a new set and turns out my scales were out by 4 kg. Not in the good direction
That's massive.
:::editing::: ok so the scale is crap. I weighed myself again and it's only 2 kg over. Either way, I'm heavier than I thought lol.
