Hey tt, At this stage my plan is to walk a lot with the pram and watch what I eat. When my big kids go back to school I will start going to the gym (I've been making donations for the last year and haven't been once!!). The gym has a creche I used for my DS and it was a great motivator as you have to book and pay for it the week before. The lady who runs it is gorgeous (I hope she's still there!) and if I didn't turn up she'd give me a hard time... just what I need as I can be a bit lazy! I also have an addiction to fried food... mmmm, hot chippies!!!.... and I don't mind the odd chocolate bar. Uh oh... I might have some issues to deal with!!
What sort of exercise do you... do? I was going to say 'enjoy' but the only exercise I enjoy is walking, the rest of it is just a means to an end!! Do you enjoy the physical hard work?
I used WW after I had my DD7 and it was great. I lost about 12 kgs and kept it off until falling pg with DS5. I read something about the new points system and I did hear that fruit is now 0 points. Yay!! Is it all fruits? The only problem I had with WW was that I found the meeting a bit boring but the weigh in incredibly motivating. So I basically ended up paying $16 a week to be weighed! I will try without WW this time and see how I go... Don't know much about the online system, maybe I should have a look?
So, how much weight do you have to lose? My goal weight is 58kgs, it's where I'm comfortable and feel fit and confident. I am currently at the holiday house and don't have any scales, but I reckon I must be close to 78kgs. OMG.... I have 20 kgs to lose!!! Ah well, one kg at a time!!
