Vixstar, everything you eat has calories, it's the energy that makes up all foods and beverages (except water, that is calorie free). It's just that some foods and drinks are better than others. When Mildez said she's eating 0-point veggie soups, I think it's in reference to Weight Watchers and the way they calculate points (or how healthy and good for you) meals and foods are. Weight Watchers deems most veggies to be point free foods because they are better for you than not. So she's eating a soup that is likely to be made with whole veggies and no foods that have points allocated to them, like meat/pasta/ect... (lol, that's sounding a bit cofuzzling...sorry!)

But foods that are bad for you like chocolate and chips are said to have 'empty calories' because they're not really nutritious at all. You can have a chocolate bar for say 300 calories, and it won't be much of a snack or meal, without much nutrition, you would feel hungry in no time because there is nothing much in it but sugar which doesn't make your tummy feel full. Or you can have say a 300- calorie low-fat cheese and salad wholegrain sandwich, which would have all of the vitamins, fibre, calcium and other nutritious benefits in it, be more satisfying and make you feel fuller longer. Does that make sense??

Calorie King is a great site, it has heaps of other info in it other than just the calorie counting stuff.

Wow, that's not much!! You will have to eat rather healthily to maintain that....and you must be pretty tiny!
