Um, can I ask at that weight with hight, why do you want to loose weight??
Im not sure if this was for me or Ausgirl.....

But I did it for competitive reasons.... I was doing long distance runs and still had what I considered "jigly bits" around my hips and bum. 5kg slows you down enough to count. I could not for the life of me, shift that weight. I had the said "perfect" diet for competition and even with running over 70km a week, that weight was still hanging in there I ended up giving up competition running because I simply couldnt get my body where I needed it. At the time I left competitive running (12 months after trying duromine) I was 56.5 kg and my body was stuggling (periods became very sparse)

I'm happy where I am now. My body has come back to "what it wants to be" which is 67kg, 8kg up from the place where I thought I could lose 5 more kg. I see now what I was doing to myself, but couldnt then, my eyes were on the prize, not looking at what was best for my body. It took alot for me to realise that my body just wasnt, and could not be the build I wanted.
