I'm still around, still walking that's about it.

Winter, I'll take you up on that offer of going running with me! Now that can be part of my goal - to be able to run 5km so I can go running with Winter

MG, I'm in Perth. I'm going to google pelvic instability and see what I find. I don't know if it's just coincidental but since it's become colder my pelvis has become quite sore again, back to the point where I have to get out of bed slowly and just sit for a minute before I stand up and take my weight, otherwise I feel like a cripple and have to grab onto something. It's really strange because once I am up moving around, I feel fine. It's just after I have been lying or sitting down for awhile, it's like everything relaxes and gets stuck?! And during the night as I often lay on my side as I feed/co-sleep with DD, my bottom hip (the one I'm lying on) is dead numb. I think it's time for more physio again.

Heather, playing with the kids is great fun. DS loves me chasing him around the backyard

Walking has been my only exercise and I walk wherever I can (to shops, playgroup, etc). Still aiming to go back to pilates as I really think this will help with my pelvis. So hoping to do that in the next few weeks. I have a DVD but I find I never do it. I'm more of a class person. If it's booked in then I am more likely to go and do it.
