Thanks Krysalyss, what you're saying is they just didn't allow enough food! That's something I learnt from the dietician, you can't just say x calories = a weight loss. Other factors such as activity, height, starting weight - all mean that you may need to eat more than someone else attempting to lose weight. At the end of the day, it's got to be able to fit in with the rest of your lifestyle or it's not worth it.
