I'm 176 cm tall and I weigh more than anyone in this thread.

How do I feel about it? 10-15kg ago, I was still sitting in the obese range, but I didn't mind. I was fit and strong, and I knew how to dress. Then along came pregnancy, sleep deprivation and chemo, menopausal hormone levels. Fast weight gain and for the first time ever in my life it was all around my middle. Now the fat is biting back. It is affecting my health, it's like I hit my body's turning point weightwise where the biology of the fat itself has taken over. Suddenly it is much much harder to lose. I know I need to do something about this but I'm taking it one step at a time, getting my sleep sorted out and then my cognitive issues, so I have the energy and focus to make better decisions. Realistically, I may never make it out of the overweight-obese zone. But I do know that losing 10-15kg will put me in a much better place than I am in right now.
