I feel the same at the moment too

I am the biggest I have ever been my entire life, and despite hating it I just can not motivate myself to do anything about it. I have lost weight before, so I 'know' what I have to do... but it all seems to hard atm.
    Me too,
After DD I spent a lot of time working on self acceptance and I got there but now I am struggling as none of my clothes fit. Just back from the shops where jeans which I would have been able to put both legs in one are too tight
What I have learnt from years of dieting is that self hate doesn't get you anywhere. You have to love you now, treat yourself as you would a friend struggling with these issues.

My plan, No more chocolate oin the house and some kind of exercise everyday. Its so much harder with 2 babies and working, but I am going to she some of this extra insulation before summer.

    GOod luck

Exercise is great but I just want to come in and say something about portion control because that's how i've lost weight. I haven't been able to exercise for three years because of stupid, dodgy pelvis. The two forms of exercise that I enjoy - walking and breastroke swimming are both out for me. So if you're not a gym bunny or exercise always seems a chore then I'd recommend that you do portion control. I eat what I like just in small quantities. I don't worry about trying to cut out carbs or treats like cakes, I just have small amounts. AND it's worked long-term, the weight's stayed off (even while pregnant) and I know it's something I can do for the rest of my life.
