ok enough is enough ....

i have been going to the gym for about 4 months now and nothing has changed ..

ihave been up and down the 66 & 67 mark, until now i weighed in at 68.5

WHOA... i have been eating so much crap , chocolate mostly. I need to stop . i am desperate !

Any body know best weight loss tips .. i dont know if i should do tony ferguson or not coz i dont really eat much ...

Breakfast : cuppa tea and bikkies
Mid morn: proper breakfast of toast/cerael...

Lunch : sandwich or 2 cups frozen veges with cheese
Dinner: a meal of meat / fish/chicken usually with past or rice and veg ...

but all day i graze on choc .. i want it all the time
AF has ome bak with a vengence and made me crave this and bloat real bad , so i guess i have to take that into account ..

but its getting bad , tonight dh came home and i was sitting on the couch feed ds , he came over and grabbed my belly and gave it a huge pinch and a bit of a shake ... he has been dropping hints as well ...

i guess i could make excuses but i cant , i eat way to much chocolate , the easy thing would be to cut it out , which i am , but why isnt gym working ??

i need to drop em fast, i am begging to get real self concious about it .. also the other night i noticed mil eyeing me up , i could just tell she thought i was getting fat ....

I also drink 2l + of water a day and it still makes no diff ...
