What are you doing at the gym? If you do the same thing all the time maybe your body has gotten used to it. Try to do something different. Could you maybe add in an extra walk a few times a week...low intensity but helps burn more fat. Thats what my trainer told me to do anyhow!!...Also maybe try to change your habbit for eating chocolate for doing something else. When you feel like a chocky, maybe have a glass of water or try eating a mint instead, poor substitutes I know but it has been working for me and I am a die hard chocky addict, I used to have it every day and now I don't even want it every day.
