wow ladies ... its good to get the support ....well today hasnt gone well ... dh was home so i got up at 9.30 and went straight out and for lunch we had pizza capers ... doh
BUTi really think we should all keep up this thread to motivate eachother
at the gym i usually do 2 classses of body balance(yogalaties) and weights with dh and ab work and a bit on the bike tread mill...
i dont feel fit or co ordinated to do cardio, i tried it a few times and was a bit of a dunce...
i really like the sound of protien shakes ,coz if i feel full i dont really want anything ...
i dont have scales at home only at the gym and i get down when dh loses weight... and i told him how i felt when he pinched and shook my belly ..he recokns he didnt mean it ... he said it was the first thing i saw .....
oh what a way to make a woman feel good ....
i really need to stick to sometihng , maybe having a goal is a good start .. but what do i aim for ?? wheight loss or more muscle... coz i know muscle wheighs more than fat... but there isnt much muslce i casn see ... spesh when dh has muscly arm like a wieght lifter ...and he can bench press me ...
