Yes I have done it before and has recently signed up to do it again this round. If you stick to it you do get quick results. It definately works. My problem was when I first joined I was close to my goal weight having already lost the bulk of my baby weight (about 20kilos) I lost another 5kilos in the preseason and only 2kilos during the 12weeks but that was because I used it as an excuse that I had reached my goal weight so majorly fell of the wagon.
Depending on your financial position I think its worth the $200 that I have paid both times. I did round 3 last year and although I have gained some weight again (only 5kilos) I have been cooking some of the meals I learnt since then which I guess has helped me not gain even more then the 5kilos which frankly is because I'm lazy and don't exercise. I did find the meals you prepare expensive so alot of the time I didn't follow the exact daily plan but take cheaper options from previous weeks and mix and match alot. I also found it hard as I was the only chubber in the family so although the meals were family friendly I still found myself cooking 2 seperate meals (mine and the one for the kids and DH)
The forums are good for motivation and I also liked the fact you can do it whilst pregnant and BF. If I were to have a 4th child I think I would join during pregancy as all my pregnancies I have gained in excess of 30kilos for each one.
I'm doing this round and have lost 8kg. Which is 11% of my body weight!!
I think it's a fantastic program but you need commitment.
I've signed up for this round as I'm training for a half marathon and she has a specific program for that.
I'm doing this round and I've lost 7kgs so far. If you stick to it, it's a fantastic program. The meals are really nice and I love that there is flexibility with the meal plans. So while Michelle does them, you can make changes as long as you are still within your calorie limit.
I did round 1 & 2 last year & loved it. I lost about 8 kgs on the program (mainly from the first time) from following it fairly loosley. I went to a personal trainer twice a week and yoga once a week and that was the extent of my exercise program. I did adjust my eating somewhat but didn't religiously stick to the kj count. I plan on doing it again next year once bubs is born. I have recommended the program to a lot of people and all have said they like the program. I think it is worth the $200
I'm doing this coming round. Have some specific goals for the fitness and will be happy to just keep dropping weight each week. I've got a weight goal but this round I've been realistic with it and it is fully achievable, if I lose more I'll be a happy camper (if I stick to my initial weight loss goal I will be the weight I was in my early 20s, not bad for an almost mid-40s person).
What is the SSS?
Super Saturday session
I did it twice, lost 10kgs first round and then nothing next round.
I loved the recipes though.
Would highly recommend it to anyone. I've lost 40kgs following it (most of that in 16 weeks).
