I am into week 2 of a body transformation program through a different company but based on the same guidelines roughly as michelles one. I lost 3.2kg in my first week, you are never hungry etc and it is a safe and common sense program. I dont have alot to lose but I am looking to tone and define ,my problem is that I didnt eat enough, for anyone thinking about it I say go for it. I can notice a change in my body already and I have so much energy.

    this sounds pretty awesome!
    How much does it cost?
and is it doable with kids, uni, work, prac and shift working husband?
It's $199. You can either pay in full up front or pay $19.95 per week.
I was wondering if I would be able to fit it in too. Then I started doing the Pre-season tasks that have been set so far. She really makes you think about what you want to achieve, why you might have failed in the past, excuses etc.
I think it's definitely doable with careful planning and commitment.

My DH works night shift and that's going to be a PITA limiting the times and type of exercise I can do, but I just have to work around it. I'll be a wreck the first few weeks, but it will be worth it!

Well done Salad 3.2kg is an awesome loss when you don't have much to lose! I'm hanging out to start. Still just under 3 weeks to go.

I'm off to the naturapath tomorrow and to join the local gym, I'm also doing a training session with some of the Melb girls at St Kilda on Friday morning

The pre-season tasks are an eye-opener and making me really think about things and helping me focus on what I really want out of this.

Mee too Kanda! At the end of the 12 weeks I'll either be much lighter, or pregnant (maybe both!). Either one is ok with me!

    HI girls!!!

I done round 3 or the MB 12weeks - I found it really good - lost 8 kilos and became soo much fitter!! I found the outside workouts she gave us were really easy along with alot of the recipes, the lasagne is awesome - even DH loves is and he is a meat and 3 veg sort of boy!!!!! also i had been trying for 3 1/2 years to get pregnant and actually got pregnant whilst on it!!
Good luck with it girls - as soon as this pregnancy is over i will be back on the program, becasue you print off everything every week I can follow it afterwords.
although i am such a creature of habit that i changed it a bit for the lunch times, It was still winter so i like soup for work at lunch so I would just make a big batch of whatever soup was on the recipelist that week ( I loved the broccoli soup and the creamy cauliflower soup) and would just have that every work day

I still use alot of the recipes and at 18 weeks pregnant i have only put on 1kilo so far!

I hope you really enjoy it!

Jennie, just google 12wbt and it's at the top!

Yay for joining doodlebug! We've got the same goal of 10kg for this challenge. We should check in here and see how we're going.
I have about 25kg to lose all up though.

I have decided I really want to go to the finale (exercise session with Michelle and then party that night) as it's going to be in Melbourne. I know that will make me want to push myself even harder.
