Great to hear that things are back on track Amy. I was secretly wishing that you were pregnant. Darn AF. I hope the weight/fluid loss doesn't come back and it remains as a loss.

Belfie - Thanks for compliment. I hope i can be an inspiration to others with this battle. There are days where i feel like a complete failure, and days so-so and some days where i feel absolutely awesome. However, when i look in the mirror, i still see the old "me". i don't know how i am going to change my thinking though. I have to remind myself that i wear a size 10, so i must be skinny, but the mirror still shows me as a size 16. i don't know. This has always been my problem, even when i was a size 6, i was still fat. I guess being fat your whole life, you can't seem to get your mind around that you are now skinny IYKWIM??? I have this big lower belly, which is daunting and won't budge. Aaaaarggghhhhh. I have to stop before i get myself tangled in all these negative thoughts.

You know how i said that some days i felt like a complete failure... well i was reading in Slimming and Health mag inspiration IRL stories about people losing weight and was thinking that it has taken me 18 months to shed 16kgs, and these people can lose 50kgs in 2 years. How can that be??

Oh well, enough rambling i guess....
