Hey Pam - My IBS is anxiety related and am severely lactose intolerant. Last night's attack, i can blame eating at mum's house. I was really scared of going overboard and had too much fetta cheese too. i hate having IBS. It controls my life.
Hope the kids start to feel better. I'd rather my kids have a cold than gastro (if i was given an option).
