I hope the car repairers admit to their mistake and repair it Amy. What a bummer. The weather being what it is makes exercising damn hard. The motivation levels just drop. You just feel like hangin' out on the sofa with a blankie. I hear you, hun.
This new gym which i'm at, is like what you've described. I try to go straight after work at about 4.15pm'ish and it's still relatively quiet. Come 5.30-7pm it is packed, ppl are waiting to using the treadmills, but by that stage my cardio work is completed and am doing weights. If i can't get there straight after work, i go later in the evening 7.30pm onwards, ppl are usually going home at that time.
Well done on the loss Belfie. A loss is a loss.
IBS sucks big time.
Keep up the good work girlies...

But yeah, if she can do it so can "normal" ppl. DH does not actually mind me looking the way I am right now. He is constantly telling me how much he loves my body and how sexy I am. I mind me.
I blame him also. Although some of those proceedures looks so
I have always had trouble with my knees. It's those parts that rub together when I walk, I can seem to get rid of it. Even when I was 68kg, they were still there. I would also love to have a passiongap (if you stand with your feet together, you can place your hand between your legs) BUT I'm a big-boned girl, don't think that is going to happen .... wait .... .THINK BRITNEY!!!!
for the loss
