Well we're doing well today. Had some friends over and managed to have only one brownie (yay). DH is learning about the amazing world of considering what you eat... counting points. Lol he's so funny, he's got a bit of a shock at the kj of some foods I think! Weight hasn't changed much yet, but feeling very on track and reminding myself that I'm in it for the long haul...
Hi guys! Hope you are all well. I am having a much better week. Counting my calories and staying under. Not too much proper exercise this week though as am having looong days at work. But I have soccer tonight and Monday night so hopefully will still have a loss. Am hoping of 1kg loss this week so fingers crossed. Anyway I should actually be getting to work *sigh* so will run.

Just thought i should pop in as i have not been to BB for ages. I am to date only 1.4kg lighter than when the challenge started, so not a huge loss for me, I have 3.9kg to go to get to my goal......it appears it may take longer than to the end of this challenge but i will persist.
Congratulations to those of you who are getting results and those who like me are persevering, keep up the good work.
Kas - the important thing is that you've maintained that loss!!! When you're lighter or don't have as much to lose it takes a lot longer - I always find the last 5 kgs the hardest and longest to shift tis damn annoying though - wouldn't mind shedding that much in a week like the fatties on Biggest Loser
Hi guys. Am going well this week. I stood on the scales today and have lost 0.8kg so hopefully by weigh day on Tuesday I can lose another 200g and make it 1kg for the week.
But my calorie counting has been good and I am feeling hopeful. Definitely won't make my end goal by the end of the challenge (without lipo!) but will just keep at it. For anyone interested the weight loss support group on here is really nice and might be a good place to go for anyone who is continuing afterwards.
And yes, I'm the same, I won't make my goal before the end of hte challenge either, but after slacking off earlier, at least i'm back on track now.
I hopped on the Wii Fit the other day, and I'd actually made my Wii Fit goal (losting 1kg in 2 weeks) in less than the time! Yay, that's the first time that's happened! I'm hoping to make a mini-milestone tomorrow, so I'm eating really well today - cross fingers for me pls! I was .2kg off it today - so dunno if I'll make it, but either way, should get there in the coming week I think.
Well done Belfie!! I lost 0.85kg this week so am 7.1kg down. If I had started doing WW at the start of the challenge instead of halfway through I would probably be at my first goal by now (10kg down) but not to worry! I will join the weight loss support thread and keep on going!
Hi girls, I've put on 800grams, damn... so much for not putting on anything first trim already got a pot to go with it???? How does that happen so early??? Last time was 9 weeks, this time 7!!! Well done on your losses, this has been a succesfull challenge for a lot of you

Blackduckies - it does seem strange so I'd bet its maybe hormonal fluid retention - On Sunday I weighed 1.5kg more then did this morning (was most depressed) and I don't know why, but peed all day yest and lower this morning so I think up and down fluctuations are just part of weight loss?
Well . . DH wanted to go on the celebrity slim shake/soup diet to kickstart his weightloss so I decided to do it with him (as that way only have to buy one set of ingredients for dinners and I couldn't seem to shift off my plateau weight). So we started yesterday - BOY I missed carbs for dinner - I was fine through the day with just the 2 shakes as haven't been eating much anyway - but I am always hungry in the evenings and 150g steak with a big salad, mushy's and onions even though was big plate still made me feel hungry after an hour Hopefully I will adjust soon.
Anyhoo, am down 600gms this morning so hoping to see a kg for next week.
Hi everyone. Well I am really happy as I lost 1.7kg this week. This puts me under my intermediate CK goal so I have been given a new intermediate goal which is under my high school weight so yay! So all up this challenge I have lost 10kg exactly. So very happy!
Anyway hope you all get awesome losses!

I just want to say how awesomely well everyone has done with this - you all sound so happy with what you have achieved and even if you aren't at your own goals yet, you are well on your way and some of you can almost touch it! And thanks for participating in the challenge too, you've been a real dedicated bunch and you should all be super proud. If anyone wants to send in their last results, you can do it and I will update the results on the first page.
