Steps: 13000 + 30mins cycling to work
Bfast: 2 weetbix with honey and light soy
Mtea: none
Lunch: vege schnitzel on wholemeal bread with pickle, avocado, tomato and lettuce.
Atea: coffee with light soy and one sugar
Dinner: corn, mashed potato, pumpkin and mushroom gravy
Other: coffee with light soy milk and one sugar. Milky way.
