Krysalyss - not really, DD2 is 3yo and has had worse colds to be honest but if someone was immuno suppressed etc it may be a different story. However, she was the only one in the family to get it and we were all quarantined. Oh well - hopefully we now all have immunity from the exposure.

so much for all the work i had planned this weekend,??? Saturday we spent the day looking at laptops, tvs, stoves etc and ending up eating hungry jacks, nice at the time but i had tummy pains later!!! Yestreday got a bit done, and today was a good day, except DH is talking about having pizza for tea and I would really love a piece...but weigh in is tomorrow!!!???
Must have a look at calorie King, i was checking out another website and it was so painfull... I gave up.
Nai, swine flu I bet you got a fright when it was confimed sounds like your DD got a mild case??? Still would'nt want it JIC I don't think...the kindy teacher was talking about it last week saying it would get down here over the school hols if it did'nt make it before that..

Turkish, never stop I could'nt cope.. I love to sit and relax in the evenings. With my thyroid they won't do anything until it becomes underactive ?? I think maybe they are hoping that it might fix itself it can be a side effect of having bubs although I think I have had a problem for a while, I am wondring if it might have been the cause of my MC's, well at least the last ones. Would hate to get huge (trying to prevent that now, all my auntys on my dads side are size 22-24 and not so tall with health problems to go with it) I will be actively pushing for something to be done if I start to really struggle with losing weight.Hard enough to lose 20 kgs, without having to lose a whole nother person.

Thanks for the encouragement BD. It has been a hard week for me. Plus no soccer today due to public holiday and I think soccer has been saving my weighins so far.
I feel a little bit thinner this week but really don't think I have lost anything because I kept sneaking looks at the scales during the week with disappointment. Please please please let me lose something! I would really love 0.9kg as that would take me to 5kg.
Well today I was a liitle bit naughty. Went over my fat allowance but stayed under my calorie allowance. I wonder what the consequences of that is?
Anyway here is todays breakdown:
teps: 10000 + 30mins digging
Bfast: toast, baked beans, cheese, tomato, onion, sweet chilli
Mtea: coffee with light soy and one sugar
Lunch: some wedges with sour cream and tomato sauce, half a piece of cheesecake, hot chocolate with light milk (I know I know - lol - damn DH!)
Atea:
Dinner: noodles without the oil seasoning
Other: coffee with light soy milk and one sugar.
So anyway we will see tomorrow. Gotta get back on the horse.
After this weekend, wayyyy too much alcohol! I'm back on track.
did my first Wii fit session tonight, I actually hurt!!!Rest of the week I'd been just doing the sports games. Will weigh tomorrow, see how much damage I did over the weekend.
Well im back to where i started, my original weight. Gained 500g this week ggrr would it be due to the fact af is due tomorrow? hhmmm lost a couple of cm from waist and hips gain some on my boobs ggrr so angry. Thought i was doing so well. This week my aim is to keep an eye on portion control and cut back!!
I am sooooo very naughty. As you know i was housebound as DH was working for 4 days straight and couldn't get to the gym. I got sick as well, just a head cold with an irritating cough, thanks to DD. I'm at work today because i have a performance review which absolutely loathe. I have a day off tomorrow, so lots of rest.
DH is on 3 weeks annual leave for there annual shut down period, so i made a deal with him that i will hit the gym every day and he can go fishing once a week (for the whole day) and take DS for an overnighter fishing trip as well.
There is 46 days til my bf wedding which i am the matron of honour. I am so excited.
I've put on 1.5kgs but that was all my doing.
I've put a mini goal for myself of going to gym every day to see if i can lose 4kgs by 1st July. Even though i'm sick today, i'm still going to go to the gym.
