    Another of the MIA here...

Very busy with very active DS and many hours at work. Yesterday was my first day off in about three weeks. Am exhausted!! My laptop is also broken and I dont get on the desktop much, DF is a hog!

We are still eating healthy here, the exercise has lessened with me being at work and the weather being terrible but still doing well. Haven't weighed or measured today, will do later, I know I have lost again will be interesting to see how much. Am so thrilled of my progress so far. Oh and my AF never really went away. I have been spotting/bleeding/spotting/bloated for the last four weeks and I am going insane. Some days nothing, next light spotting, nothing, then bleeding. Will have to get my implant out juist don't have any time. Am so disappointed it was otherwise fantastic! Really helped with appetite and sex drive LOL!

Everyone sounds like they are staying really positive and doing really well. Sorry I can't catch up with personals just want to congratulate you all for sticking it out.

Good luck, back when i can!

Hi girls, well I had a loss of 1.1kgs but first week fro me, so to be expected and cms off wasit and hips so very happy who knows what I would have been without Hungry Jacks and last nights pizza.

Ammaki, I alsways seem to weigh lightest before AF??? Which is really weird, I bet that is what your gain is about...

krysalyss oh ...i like reading what you have been eating gives me good ideas sometimes.

Turkish delight, you have good motivation with a wedding and being MOH, it will be great to see what you can acheive? before the kids i used to go to gym everyday when DF was away on business trips, something to do and a good goal to look hot when he got home. Nice work with your negotiatiion...sounds like a win, win, win for you and a win for them.

cookie I hear you on weird AF but not for the same reasons, I think I am still getting back to normal after DD or early menopause!!! Great about the weight loss.

Sas enjoy your holiday, I'm jealous but would struggle with weight gain, so probablly better I'm not going on one.

Sorry if I missed you hope you had a good week...It's freezing here today and I have the need to comfort eat, I am fighting it but it's so hard. I really need to go for awalk but it's pouring as well, so a bit hard to take the kidlets out. When DH gets home I think I'II rug up and get out there though.

Couldn't wait til tomorrow to see what had been going on in here!

I went to the gym this evening. Just came back actually. I did walking at 12.5% incline at 5.4kph for 32 mins and then walked for 5 mins at 0% incline at 6.3kph. I burned 405 calories in 42 mins (inc. warm up walk). I then did a 1 hour fat burner class. I almost died. Literally, died. I was drinking some water and it went down the wrong way and i couldn't breathe, i started to panic and hyperventilate which made it worse. I had go to the instructor to get her to pat my back and i was breathing slowly and deeply. There was a moment when i was considering asking her to call the ambulance, i could not breathe. I thought i was going to die.

I have this fear about not being able to breathe. I quickly panic and hyperventilate. It all began when i had my DS via c/s and i got referred shoulder pain from the procedure. It is when air gets trapped in your body from the c/s cut and it has nowhere to escape and accumulates in the shoulder. It causes such pain it is unbelievable. I panicked and began hyperventilating and they had to give me oxygen etc.. through the whole ordeal i was asking the nurses if i was going to die. I could not breathe. It was a nightmare.

Before i went into c/s with DD, i told the nurses about my referred shoulder pain from DS and they said that they could not tell if it would or would not happen this time round. Of course it happened again. I hyperventilated so many times following DD's birth too.

Amy - Paul from iFish is so nice IRL. He gave my son a signed iFish cap, which he has had on since getting it. He is very cute too

Pam - good loss Pam. Congrats. Pizza mmmmmmmmmmm. Keep it up..

thats was nice of him to give your DS a signed hat! I bet that will be his most cherished possesion for a long time hehe

How scary was your gym experience!! Very weird about te should pain during C/S i've not heard of that!! I've never hyperventilated thankfully! Cant imagine it would be any fun. Good job on the calorie burn tho!! We didnt get to the gym last night; had an electrician from work come over to look at my stove =( one of the hot plates blew up so by the time he looked at that and i cooked dinner i was too tired and went straight to bed! (8pm lol)

Im scared to look at the Australias Next Top Model thread i dont want to know who left; i havent seen last nights ep yet haha.

Hi guys, I have had an ok day yesterday and today. For today I reduced my workload on my personal profile so I have a lower fat and calorie limit. Although sometime work is really active other times I am on my computer the whole day. What do you all use as your fat/calorie intake target?

One thing I dont get with CalorieKing is the steps thing. If you do the steps program you need to put it into your daily profile down the bottom. But it doesn't count towards any of your normal exercise. I could put in 10K or 20K steps and my calorie intake would be the same? Yet if I weren't doing the step program and put in half and hour walk in would adjust my calorie intake accordingly. Weird?!?

Yesterday and today I have been feeling a bit down. Feeling not only fat but also deprived. A bad combination. Hopefully the whole week won't be this tough. I feel a little like I will never be thin again and am just treading water. But oh well. Just have to somehow keep going. Sometimes I feel like I have come a long way then something will make me think I have been deluding myself. One of the problems is that I have changed scales since last challenge so I can't really compare my weight to then. Everyone else sounds great though so I will suck up the positive vibes. See you all tomorrow!

Hey Krys. Don't about the steps bit on CK. Can you "contact them" and ask, maybe via email? Or check out the FAQ section? I do love the fact that it does take off your expenditure. Makes you feel good, doesn't it?
i'm on lite n easy so the fat and calorie are all worked out for me. But a 1200 cal diet is pretty low, so its good for weightloss. I would also stay below 20g of fat per day. Can you imagine that Posh is on only 900 cal per day??

Gotta go.. DD just tipped the dog food bowl all over our bedroom carpet for the dogs to eat

I think with the steps thing it says to "aim" for 10k steps a day so its just like the water counter so you know what youve done, i think its just like normal steps whereas going for a half hour walk is getting your heart rate up therefor burning calories? Maybe im wrong tho...ive had those days too krys!! Although i feel like ive been exercising more eating healthier and STILL not budging any weight; and ive got a lot to budge!! Its not like im only trying to lose 1kg or anything ggrr

My calorie thing on CK is 1880 per day or something.

    Lol at your DD turkish

AFM well i put my car in yesterday to get a heap done to it, one thing was getting a tow bar put on. No more then 24 hours later and someone ran up my ass bending my tow bar and scratching my car...wtf!? lol

Oh Amy. What a bummer. I hope their car's insured and won't be a hassle in getting it repaired. i hate it when the other party delays stuff or their insurance company does for that matter. Geeezzzz.

One of our dogs is quite old, so DD was helping it eat by bringing the food it to her. Well the dog ate it and i had to scrub the carpet once it was all gone.

We are toilet training DD atm, so all day yesterday i was like "do you need to do wee wees or poo poos?" DD did it 4 times in her potty and i was waiting for the poos. I had gone on the net for 2 mins, when she did her poos on the rug and then got a tea towel from the drawer and wiped her bottom with it! Don'tcha love kids??

I have been going to the gym everyday as promised and not pigging out on crap. Just eating my lite n easy meals. I had weighed in at 66kgs on Monday and now i am back down to 64.0 - 64.5kgs.

On Wednesday night, i jogged for 33mins (my longest ever) and did weights. Last night, 1 walked at an incline of 12.5% for about 25 mins and then jogged for 5 mins. I was half way through my weight training, when i had this urged to eat Weet-bix. I promised myself that if i did a little more i would go home and have a bowl. I did some more training but then gave up towards the end as the weet-bix cravings were getting to me. I went home and had 2 weet-bix with skim milk, a multigrain toast and an orange. You should have seen me scoff down the weet-bix

i have this dress i want to buy, but will not buy it until i get to 63kgs. i have great little bulging biceps. They are so cute and i am so proud of them. I showed the PT at the gym and he was impressed too. DH finds them impressive too. I'll have to take a photo of them and show them to you gals.

    Have a good one girls...

Turkish i rang my insurance company and gave them all the details and they are taking care of my car then claiming it back off the other ladies insurance; also found out i will be footing the bill for the hire car whilst my insurance company fixes my car but can email the receipts to my insurance company and they will try claim it on my behalf; just a hassle really!!

Good job on the jogging!! Im looking at the couch to 5k challenge thinkging i might give it a go!!

LMAO at your DD and the tea towel!! Lol! She sounds precious!!

I secretly weighed myself and was back down a kilo which relieved me a little hehe although had a big lunch at work yesterday and we are doing it again today so will see how we go; although after the huge lunch i only had a little cereal for dinner as i didnt feel like much else.

Trying not to go OTT on the working out as im currently in the dreaded TWW and hoping for the best!! The last few days (maybe 4) ive been having tightening feelings in my tummy, first they started off feeling like id done a massive sit up work out now they are more like hunger pains even tho im not hungry, not sure what thats about! But thats another thread, dont want to bore you all with those details hehe

Anyone have facebook? & want to add each other?

Amy - don't you love insurance companies and the run around they give you?? It seems all in control. Hope your car gets repaired quickly enough.

i have never been on FB. I don't have an account, otherwise i would have loved it to have you as a FB friend. I hardly have time for BB at home, that's why i'm on here during the day (at work).

The C25K challenge wasn't for me as it looked tough. It's taken me 18 months to run for half an hour (just). Goodluck if you do get to do it though, quite impressive!

Oh yes, don't overdo the excercise. I hope we get some BFP news from you soon. Tightening, slight cramping feelings are good

    Hi ya girls.

i've joined a new gym which is open longer than the one i was at. Shuts at 10pm weekdays and is open til 8pm on weekends. Has a pool, spa, sauna and is brand spanking new! It has great workout classes and the machines are awesome and all so new. I am very excited. I guess this will add to my motivation levels.

Last night went to the gym. I promised myself that i would leave after a 30 min jog, but stayed and did half of my weight program too. Walked out of the gym and the smell of PIZZA mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I was going to call home and ask if the family would like to eat pizza, but i told myself "no" and got in the car and drove home. After some Special K and a piece of toast, we went to a friends house and they had eaten pizza! She had 2 slices left, i just had 1 slice of the vegetarian and she had the other. It was yummy.

Just went to the new gym for their open day and did a 30mins body attack class and some THT work.

have a bbq to go to this arvo... I'll try and be good.

Krys - i envy you on being able to cycle. I so cannot do it.

Hello to Amy and CM and the other girls too.

    Have a good day ladies..
