Well, I have had a good first day, only because I'm too scared to eat anything! I had porridge with honey for breaky. It wasn't with me for long! I hadn't had anything since until dinner- lasagne in the slow cooker (YUM!!!) made with heaps of grated veggies (zucchini, pumpkin, carrot, onions, mushies, chopped capsicum, sliced eggplant). I have had one smallish serving of it, and I can feel my tummy churning. Been sipping lots of water all day though. No exercise though, having not eaten much all day, I didn't think it would be a great idea!
Here's to tomorrow being a better day health wise, lol!

Urgh hope you feel better tomorrow Kel xxxx

Just waiting for DH to get out from putting DS down to sleep - we're going to do the wii stuff together, and go on the bike for 10 mins each.

Had a pretty good day diet wise, I made a batch of anzacs and resisted the temptation to test them out....

Congratulations on your first day everyone!

My first day was okay. Didn't exercise cause of the upset tummy, but also didn't eat a great deal - so it probably evened out. I think DS must have had an upset tummy too, poor little guy - he pooed in the bath, then pooed on the lounge room floor, and it STUNK!!! That was a crappy (literally) end to a crappy day, so I'm actually treating myself to a small chocolate bar tonight. Naughty I know, but I figure it's the overall lifestyle change that will make the difference.

Sounds like everyone had a pretty good day . I had a good day too. I also joined calorie king and stayed within my calorie allowance . I didn't do much exercise except a little on the wii fit and lots of housework. I tried staying busy so I wouldn't eat all day. It worked I didn't eat all day and I have a very clean house . I plan to do more exercise tomorrow.

Good luck for tomorrow everyone .

    Well done all of you!!
Mel nothing like the sling and the pram to add a bit of extra effort!
Sterla, oh no....sounds like our house. Hope he's on the improve.
Bengal....hmmm am walking everyday but an hour is a bit long for my 3yo to walk too....might have to do 1/2hour every day instead.
Yowie and Bengal I love CK too!
Oh jealous Gabber Queen! I love spin....must find me a gym I think.....
Drangoncookie well done on the brekkie mate, and great choices for the fridge!
    Kell. Hope it's over soon.

Well I've had a good day calorie wise. Goes to show that I don't really need all the snacks I seem to have during the day.
DH is getting to workout with one of Darwin's top fitness experts for an hour every day...lucky him. Came home today complaining about the hourlong class to music with barbells of all things. PUMP! says I....you actually like that he said?

Took a bit of inspiration from DD today.
Me: What would you like for morning tea?
DD: hmmm, apple, pear, tomato and....the green thing with seeds inside
    Me:....????ummmm....cucumber?
    DD: Yes! I love that.
What a good idea for morning tea.

Mrs Mez you are unable to just yet. You need to wait a certain period of time, and make a certain number of posts until 'Registered User' Status becomes 'BellyBelly Member' Status. This is to prevent trolling, spamming, spam advertising on the site, etc. I think it is normally 25 posts, and not sure if there is a timeframe/how long it is. Maybe get posting in some other sections and hopefully you gets access ASAP

Well after my little tummy bug yesterday, I weighed myself this morning and had lost over a kilo in one day! Woot! I do need to stop weighing myself every day though - once a week is enough.
I have another woohoo to come out of this too...
I am now down to double digits!!!!

hi ladies its good to see you all going well last night my whole family had pizza and i made an eggplant tomato mushroom and feta bake in the oven and it was delicious despite looking a bit boring. i did end up putting some parmesan and tasty cheese on top to stop it drying out but it was way better than eating pizza. im also going for two walks today one to mg and the other five kilometre with another challenger! woop! were gonna be hot!

    that's awesome sterla!

my day one wasn't spectacular but i'm in the right mindset now i think.

    i have 3 main goals:

    1. to eat at least 1 serve of fruit a day. i don't have any problems eating vegies i just never seem to choose fruit as a snack.

    2. to track my calories in CK & stay within my daily calorie allowance

    3. to do 30 minutes of exercise 4 times a week

i think these are achievable but they're also positive changes

The first week is the hardest well done everyone on a great first day!

Yawn.....I need to get a life was up until midnight working and normally i take that opportunity to have a little packet of chips or 3 but not last night. I controlled it.

I have to buy more watermelon, apples and pears today so will be taking the 3 out of 4 for a walk to coles later. I'll have to take it slow but im going to try.
