Ok, could not find my sewing style tape measure to save my life so used DPs belt and then measured the marks against a builders type tape measure!! Not the most accurate but will do for now! Have PM'd details to Lucy... it is quite daunting and liberating to do that. It makes me ill to look at the stats but liberated because I will get to see them going down!

    Stats:
    Current Weight 88kg
    Bust 101cm
    Waist 103cm
    Hips 115cm
History: PCOS, pre-diabetic on Metformin for insulin resistance

    My goals are:
*To get to 85kg by mid January if not sooner and then take it in 5kg increments (or decrements ha ha) until I reach 70kg... optimal for my height and age is 55-65kg but I really can't see that at the moment so will be more than happy with 70-75kg.
*To eat better so that when I go back to Uni (end Feb 2009) I have already formed good eating habits
*To stop procrasting and just do it (do you think Nike would sponsor me!!)
*To really do workouts when not with personal trainer rather than just walking on treadmill and convincing myself it is just as good

I thrive on not letting people down and some competition... sick I know but it has worked for me in the past to loose near 10kg (only to put it all back on plus some more!)

I would love to... but no one near me is similar fitness or body issues... maybe I will find someone through this and we can have a healthy competition online!

    Hoody,

If we are similar then it is a date! I don't think we need to be exactly the same... it just helps if we are similar so I am not competing against a really skinny minnie. I go to my local Fitness First gym at least three times a week normally (haven't been since beginning of December).

These are my stats and goals from an earlier post
