You don't need a dietician. You aren't losing weight because you are malnourished and your body is in starvation mode.
You need to EAT MORE. Seriously. The deficiencies with regard to vitamins and minerals in your current diet alone are devastatingly bad for your health, especially post partum.
Plenty of fruit and vegetables, keep the nuts - they are packed with good fat and protein, lean meat and fish. You need to about double your calorie intake and you need to do it with vegetables, and meat or other sources of protein.
Ignore the idiots in the crowd and stay *healthy*. Not point being a size 10 if you have the muscle tone of an infant and the compromised health. Once you have your diet sorted, you can focus on the weight loss - change up your exercise routine and increase your weight bearing exercises - so weight training, not walking.
