    600ml water 8 maccas chips (no joke)


    afternoon tea
    water and a 2 km walk

    2 buritos minimal meat filled with healthy salad
    600ml water

    Just Right Original Cereal

    Lunch
    Tuna and egg salad

    Dinner
    Whopper meal from HJ's

    Water
    not very much

    Today was my 3rd day on the scuba diving course so it was busy theory in the morning and then out for a dive in the afternoon so there wasnt much time to eat and I was way too tired when I got back to even think about making dinner

    Sunday
    Breakfast
    1 scrambled egg
    1 mixed grain toast
    1 coffee with 1 sugar

    Morning Snack
    1 apple
    1 muesli bar

    Lunch
    Ham and salad roll

    Afternoon snack
    Small hot chips from Red Rooster

    Dinner
    small portion of chicken snitzel with mashed potatoes, boiled corn, peas, carrot and steamed brocolli and cauliflower

    After dinner snack
    2 x mint chocolate biscuits

    Water
    2L

    Today was the last day of the scuba course and I managed my food a little better, except for the chips from red rooster.

    Monday
    Breakfast
    yogurt
    1 scrambed egg
    1 mixed grain toast
    1 small glass of milk

    Morning Tea
    Muesli bar

    Lunch
    Chicken and avocado cheese melted on half turkish roll

    Afternoon Snack
    Kiwi Fruit

    Dinner
    Sweet and sour lamb stirfry

    Water
    2L or more

    Emma and RayRay - thanks for your discussion a few days ago about calorie counting websites - I have started doing this too over the weekend and I agree, its definitely addictive. I never counted calories before so it should be interesting to see how its going in a few weeks time.....

    Is this the place to post the "new" recipes as part of the weeks challenge? or is there a seperate/new thread for that? I tried a weird sounding but really yummy and low fat/high protein turkey meal last night.....(Trust me to focus on the food, I haven't done one measly sit up or push up this week but if it involves food and recipes I am there with bells on!!
