Krysalyss how nice is this weather, hope you find something nice to do on the weekend We have an open house on Sat so after ds is in bed tonight the house will be getting cleaned. I'd like to visit dh's dad later today or Sunday, other then that no plans really.

Onyx I love the sound of your workouts! They remind me of the good old days (which will be again when I have new knees!) that 1kg is surely muscle.

Well done to everyone who checked in I am ridiculous! I have not moved from my goal at all of loosing 8kg's and we are 4 weeks in Hope I start seeing some progress! "If I keep doing what I've always done I'll keep getting what I've always got"...... Must make CHANGES!!!!
