    Some brekky ideas -
    baked beans with toast
savoury muffins (you could make them the night before a batch would last a few days)
    cold quiche
left overs from last night's dinner
grainy toast with some yummy topping
    toasties

If you have a jaffle maker, my mum used to put a slice of bread in (spray the jaffle iron with spray oil rather than buttering the bread), push it into the wells a little and then crack an egg into it, break the yolk up a little and hey presto a pretty healthy filling breaky. You could also add some ham, tomato or cheese. Have some boiled eggs int the fridge for a running-out-the-door food.

ETA, just to clarify with the jaffle thingo, spray the other side of the iron and put the other slice of bread on top too, lol!

I am in love with toasted bagels with vegemite at the moment Yum yum yum, can't get enough!! Also, i like an english muffin with some roast pumpkin and cashew dip and then a slice of ham over top! Delicious Very easy too... Another favourite is honey almond all bran, but i go through phases of liking cereal and then disliking it intensely!

lilias, i am so going to try that! Yummo, i can just taste it with a bit of pesto and some ham! Delicious! I also love toasted spaghetti and cheese jaffles. Come to think of it, i don't think we have a jaffle maker so maybe i will go out and buy one this weekend just so i can have some jaffles

wow yummy breakfast ideas! Lucky it's breakfast time now hehe

Well I was back at my osteo yesterday - hadn't seen her since ooh 3-3.5 extra kilos ago, so got some nice comments! Yay! Weigh-in tomorrow and I'm not sure what will happen this week. I've started walking again but not sure if the food poisoning will have helped or hindered! I'm so tempted to weigh today (just for a sneak peak, you know? ) but usually when I do it I weigh lighter the day before and get all excited, only to have my weight back up on weigh-in day arggh .

    Raupe - welcome back!

    Hi there!
Belfie! Amazing!!! Great work! You must be so excited!
Quick one from me, in Townsville, eating ALOT of bad food, had 2 pieces of chocolate mud cake for lunch and pretty much a whole pizza for dinner. I'm ok about it at the moment, but I know I'm going to beat myself up when I get back home. But I know it's me who's making the choices. I'm not making excuses, just enjoying myself
I go home on Tuesday and will be firmly BACK on the wagon, {Promise} :P

Oh gosh - still bad times for me. Started my new job, which is great for my mind, but not for my bod. Great boss, that makes lattes and leaves presents of Mars bars on my computer. Add onto that Easter, a 3yo birthday party and dinner at friends and I am very scared of hopping on the scales. Must reign in my eating habits.

Might have to bite the bullet and start getting up at 6am to get some exercise in, even if it just some yoga on the Wii. Just not in me to run at that time of morning, I tend to be better at workouts in the middle of the day. Miss 3 squirms from 6am onwards, so my sleep is very interrupted, so I may be better getting up than getting disjointed sleep for that last hour.

Astrid, I will be up at 5:45 tomorrow for swimming, I'm being picked up at 6am... I will be thinking of you as I stand outside in the cold and take pleasure that you are up as well!

I'm still going strong with the 30 day shred DVD, I'm going to step up to level 2 tomorrow!

Df was lovely and got me a polar ft7 for mothers day so I am busy checking calories burned on everything I do loving it!! A bit disappointed that my daily DVD workout only burns 175 cals though. I am keen to repeat my 4k run from Saturday and see if I can beat my 33:59 time and how many cals it burns.

Hope everyone else is going well, I might weigh in in the morning and see how I am tracking, might do some sneaky measurements as well while I am at it!

Belfie, well done, that's a wonderful loss, and yay @ having a better BMI! I have no idea what mine is...I should have a look!

appletree, sounds like you're doing well! Good on you for geting up early to exercise. I so hate early mornings and am not a morning person. Unfortunately my kids are and we're usually up at the crack of dawn, though now it's getting colder, they do seem to be sleeping in a bit longer, yay!

Astrid and krystals, I know the feeling of being unmotivated all too well! Maybe just try to focus on small things like drinking lots of water and each day or two, do something new?

Well, AFM, after a few days not really doing anything in the way of dieting or exercise and neglecting CK, I am trying to get back into it. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost a kg! Under that horrid 90kg mark! But!! (Yes unfortunately there is a 'but') I haven't been 100% healthwise, not really sick, but the antibiotics I am on are doing yucky things to my tummy and I haven't been eating much at all because I don't want to feel nausious or be on the loo all day! So in one way it has been good, I haven't actually felt like eating, so my tummy has shrunk and my sugar cravings seem to have abated! Hopefully those effects will last, and hopefully the 1kg loss will stick around too, though I don't expect it to since it's because I haven't been eating, not because of any kind of effort on my part!

So today, back to it, using Calorie King, and I will go for a walk today too, as well as pulling my finger out and giving the house a good clean.

I'm going to turn my life around.

I've tried shakes etc and it all failed me. So I'm going to make Tuesday's my weigh in days and first weigh in tomorrow. I've also hot a tape measure and going to do measurements. They say you will lose 6 keeliooios in the first week! I'm up for that!

Lilias - well done on cracking the 90kg - thats my next goal - keep up the great work.

AT - keep it up hun, sounds like your going really well.

Astrid - good luck hun, getting up early sucks but DD2 seems to be sleeping in a little so i might make the most of my body being used to 5:30 wake ups and get on the exercise bike first thing when DP goes back to work.

krystals - enjoy the time away while you can.. don't stress too much

Ok started body trim today. Starting stats are-

    83.9kg
    Chest - 99.5cms
    Waist- 87.5cm
    Abs- 107.5cm
    Hips- 106.5 cms
    Thighs- 60.5cm

Instead of getting upset at these numbers I've got a pedometer on and going to get to 10,000 steps (as recommended) I'm also drinking water and only on protein days . Getting those nasty carbs and sugar out of my body! Detox my way to weight loss.

Good luck to you lovely ladies. I will let you know how I go. I'm also going to log in when I'm on my laptop and do persies!

    I'm back!
Thank you Onyx, Lilias and Appletree for your awesome brekky ideas! Will have a go at all of them! Thank you Thank you

Belfie: Great work! I can't wait until I hit that number!
Astrid: Have you tried exercising after the kiddies go to bed? I usually finish work around 8pm and then go and exercise after. It's dark outside, so I stick to roads that I know are well lit. I suck at getting up early and exercising then, so I rather do it late at night IYKWIM.
Appletree: Great job on that exercise! How did your weigh in go?
ZF: Wohoo! Great loss! The idea ofdoing a charity run sounds great! I'm doing the city to bay run in Adelaide in September. I will be running for the World Vision charity!
LysnDan: How does the BodyTrim System work? How are you coping?

AFM: I put on a kg over Easter. . Meh, I kinda expected that. You can't eat THAT many hotcross buns and not put on weight. I'm eating better now, and my exercise is going REALLY well! I finished the 3rd week of the c25k program and I still manage to keep up! Yay me! Hehe
I'm actually enjoying the exercise now! I never thought I would like running...

Just a quick welcome to lysndan, tell us more about body trim, i thought it was the tablets, but I think I read somewhere else that it's not? How did you go with your step target?

Raupe, I had a loss of 600g, so I am almost back to pre-Easter weight! Haven't stopped eating chocolate though... Very naughty!

I am so pleased to hear you doing so well with c25k, that is brilliant!! I might skip to week 3 on sat morning so I can keep up with you

The 12wbt starts pretty soon, I'm looking forward to kicking off shortly, i am a bit behind with pre-season tasks and still haven't told df that I joined... I really need to as he is the one cooking dinners so I need to tell him what I want him to cook and why. It's sucks he is so skinny, he never understands...

LysnDan: How does the BodyTrim System work? How are you coping?
Raupe - the bodytrim system works on eating less portion size wise but eating more frequent meals a day. Its very complex but Im sure Ill get the hang of it soon i hope

Just a quick welcome to lysndan, tell us more about body trim, i thought it was the tablets, but I think I read somewhere else that it's not? How did you go with your step target?
appletree - ok... the first 3 days your alowed to eat protein only. Nothing else. No carbs, nothing. So Ive been eating chicken, ham, salmon and drinking heaps of water! *SHOOT ME NOW!!!! _ NEED SUGARRRRRR!!!*

I did 8700 steps today.... not quite 10000 but nearly there... its only 7.30pm. so after another protein snack i might go for a quick walk or something... get some more steps up :P

    Day one of "detox" over...

    Phew!

I really really feel like sugar, but i KNOW that this will set me back on my weight loss journey!

I shall update after the 3 day detox... what will be next? I think phase 2 is the weight loss side... Tell you about it soon.
