If you have a jaffle maker, my mum used to put a slice of bread in (spray the jaffle iron with spray oil rather than buttering the bread), push it into the wells a little and then crack an egg into it, break the yolk up a little and hey presto a pretty healthy filling breaky. You could also add some ham, tomato or cheese. Have some boiled eggs int the fridge for a running-out-the-door food.
ETA, just to clarify with the jaffle thingo, spray the other side of the iron and put the other slice of bread on top too, lol!

Yum yum yum, can't get enough!! Also, i like an english muffin with some roast pumpkin and cashew dip and then a slice of ham over top! Delicious 
) but usually when I do it I weigh lighter the day before and get all excited, only to have my weight back up on weigh-in day arggh

. Meh, I kinda expected that. You can't eat THAT many hotcross buns and not put on weight. I'm eating better now, and my exercise is going REALLY well! I finished the 3rd week of the c25k program and I still manage to keep up!
