Hi girls,

My wedding is in 7 weeks and I want to lose 3-4kgs that I have put on over the last 2mths since i picked up my wedding dress I seem to have gotten a bit carried away with the chips and chocolate....

I tried my wedding dress on last weekend and it fitted beautifully but around my belly it's tight, i mean, i could wear it but it's a bit tight IYKWIM.... anyway i seem to put weight on my belly first and lose it first off my belly....

My question is - what is the fastest/most effective "belly" weight loss method?!?! Should I start running for an hour every day??!?!?! HELP!!!!!! I know I can lose 4kgs in 7 weeks hey... 1kg per week max, I just need to know HOW!!!!!!!

Good food - yes?
Exercise - yes?

Gosh i know how to do it i just don't know how to do it haha IYKWIM..... i just have to believe in myself that i can do it and actually get out of bed earlier so i can walk around the block......!!!!
