    Awesome job! Can you maybe even manage just some fresh fruit for lunch? Or Corn Thins with hommus, avocado or Philly and chutney?



    Could you make your milkshake into a banana smoothie, maybe? Then you're adding at least a little bit of fibre (you should be getting 25g a day)

    Juice in sparkling water is a good start to getting some water in.

    Good on you, it's a great start!

    oooh yum corn thins with philly and chutney sounds yum!! unfortunately i hate bananas!!
