    I do it barefoot, but DH finds that the board hurts his feet when they are bare so uses socks or shoes - so really its up to you I'd say. Whatever makes you more comfortable.

    I started the wii fit yesterday, I am absolutely loving it. I have a bit of a giggle while doing it.
