I haven't heard of it either. If anything, it sounds like a dodgy internet site (probably isn't - where are they based?) My sister used to work at the Infertility Treatment Authority in Vic years ago - it might be worth giving your state equivalent a call and asking them what all of your options are/other agencies or companies that you could also contact.
I don't think its a hoax, but i'm sure you need to be careful as im sure there would be a few creeps out there. There was an artical about it on 60min on 31.8.12

Yes this is where I found my current donor. It is very easy site to use and Emma who runs the site is a lovely lady and loves to hear how things have gone. I only met up with one other guy before I found my lovely donor. I have friends now TTC with a donor from the same site.

That is great news. My DH is having his biopsy done in the first half of next year. If he doesn't have any sperm we were contemplating using the site, but i was suss about it and wanted to hear some feed back from the site before we locked in our "plan B".
