    When did you email them??
Give them a couple of days before leaving feedback.

I just sold my playstation and forgot to send the power chord. It wasnt in my photo of the item either as It was still plugged in beind the tv. The guy msgd me and said could I send it or if it is missing could I pay for the replacement part. I have sent it today.

What I am saying is that it may have been a genuine mistake. So give them a couple of days to get bac to you and if nothing then leave neg feedback.

If you have emailed them give them a few days (say 3) to respond. If there is no response then open a dispute through ebay. If it goes unresoved then leave Neg feedback. I wouldn't do it straight off the mark gotta give people the benefit of the doubt for genuine mistake.

    Hoping it all works out

Unfortunately you can't file a dispute if you picked the item up . Ebay say all responsibility is in your hands once you've been to inspect the item yourself. Unfortunately with an item like that, it would be easy to not notice a missing part.

    reply to query...

    I have a reply....

    Hi there '_____________,
I am unsure. This is all I have (as per photo). I got it from my _____ originally and didn't know there was supposed to be another part. I used to have an Ikea plastic chair in there and the boys would use that.
    Cheers,
    __________

Ummm well I am also unsure, that's why I aksed????

What about neutral feedback? It doesn't sound as if she gives a hoot, but not in a mean way..... should I ask for the chair LOL

I think neutral seems fair in this case especially if she didn't know there was a part missing.

    Still stewing...

Ok I've had another look and there is no way anyone could claim that they

"didn't know there was supposed to be another part. "

as there is nowhere to sit at the top when ready for a slide. I am on the verge of leaving negative feedback.

I guess I am torn - should I just leave the negative feedback? She has my home number so I guess I am a bit worried she'll start leaving nasty messages as well if I do this...
