i take nurophen plus at the moment because of the anti inflammatory in it.
but believe if i keep taking it it will stop being effective and i dont want to rely on them.
i know that when i eat really well and avoid certain foods i feel better on just normal cycle days however as soon as AF comes i feel 100 tmes worse no matter what i do
again thank you for all you advice i feel better talking to ppl who actually endo as some doctors really dont understand!
