I was seeing my fertility specialist and I express my concerns with pain during ovulation. I always had them but when we had our first assisted fertility cycle with Clomid the pain was so bad I had to ease myself into seats!!!!!!!. He said this is usually just due to a little scaring that may be in the tubes. But this will be an issue if they then seal. I would chat with you specialist again and see what they say.
