Unfortunately i feel your pain too, and no amount of meds will take it away.
I'm post lap for endo and it hasn't helped.

Heats packs and chamomile tea have helped me thruogh some bad times, but i too have had excessive sick days from work because of this issue.

Thanks girls for the replies and the advice re acupuncture....

Now today i cant wear my contacts and my eyes are sore still after 1/2 without them in!!! I get migraines mid cycle at times and im thinking oh holly **** what now.... but it has been 12 days since my last period started or posting this thread ... so im guessing im about the ovulate.... its funny im either in agony with Ovulating or i get whopper headaches...

    Hi girls
I will put my hand up also I have had pain like this for years and now it is that bad I am running out of options for pain contrl as NISAD's (Voltarin/ Ibruphren) irritated my stomach that bad I was drinking mylanta every night and at times heart burn would wake me up at night , I also used Panadine forte and that has lead to other problems. They both interfear with my anti depressants so I have the side affects of that to deal with.

So from what I have been through I have found that you really need to take NISAD with food (even the low dose, to be sure - to be sure!), and if you take any codine with your medications make sure you use a fiber supplment.

Bub no3 : try going to the Dr and get a stronger dose of NISAD or pan forte. There are really good generics in both. "Take note of what I said above.." I hope things get better for you as I have been doing this for over 25 yrs (now that makes me feel old)

    Take care
    Chris
