Hi girls
I will put my hand up also I have had pain like this for years and now it is that bad I am running out of options for pain contrl as NISAD's (Voltarin/ Ibruphren) irritated my stomach that bad I was drinking mylanta every night and at times heart burn would wake me up at night , I also used Panadine forte and that has lead to other problems. They both interfear with my anti depressants so I have the side affects of that to deal with.

So from what I have been through I have found that you really need to take NISAD with food (even the low dose, to be sure - to be sure!), and if you take any codine with your medications make sure you use a fiber supplment.

Bub no3 : try going to the Dr and get a stronger dose of NISAD or pan forte. There are really good generics in both. "Take note of what I said above.." I hope things get better for you as I have been doing this for over 25 yrs (now that makes me feel old)

Take care
Chris
