We were sucessful with IVF, but did undertake all the other treatments before falling pregnant. I found clomid and IUI's were probably the best and not so expensive way to go..( but then again I am so impatient and wanted a baby now). Depending on whether your IR, which I wasn't Met has had promising results. Looking back though I wish we had DH sperm analysis earlier as there was a problem with it, and I endured many cycles before this was found.
Ovarian Drilling didn't make that much difference, but whether it made the drugs work alittle better I'm not sure.
The "cycle monitoring" through my Gyn was well worth it, that way we knew when I had O'd on clomid and how many folicles were there for either artifical trigger or natural and of course the right time to bd.
