Thanks Bec and Bluesky! I found out my local public hospital does have gynae clinics, so I'll just have to get a referral to go there.

The downside ... I work there lol
The upside ... I work in aged care/disability, so the ob-gyn's aren't my colleagues (I don't really want to sit across a meeting table with someone who has seen the inside of my uterus IYKWIM)

DH has gone extreme with healthy sperm habits - he's banned all caffeine and alcohol from the house, and has started taking zinc and multivitamins. It can only help I suppose!
