Hey Fee - a lot of the 'numbers' are safe - so its definately best to get a list of the unsafe ones (I think there are around 50 unsafe ones?)
If you go to that site (Additive Alert) they have comprehensive lists on there.
They have lists on all additives, and the ones that don't list anything in the Comments section are the safe ones.
