I live with ONE toddler in a decent sized 2-bed maisonette with back and front gardens.

It's in no way big enough. A lot of our stuff is in storage. We're trying to move to a 3-4 bed house but the ruddy recession came just as we decided to up sticks and move and DH get a new job! Stupid timings.
